So if there’s an issue with your Exarchy™ Holster Co. product, we provide a lifetime warranty.* All Exarchy Holster Co.™ products are carefully designed and manufactured from the best available materials to perform their intended function properly with the firearms for which they are designed and marked. Use of Exarchy™ products with firearms for which they are not designed and marked, or with firearms that have been modified or customized or otherwise changed from the original manufacturer's specifications, greatly increases the likelihood of an accidental and potentially dangerous discharge. This may result in death or serious physical injury to the user or a bystander. DO NOT use any Exarchy™ products with any firearms that have been modified, abused, are defective or have been improperly maintained. If your Exarchy™ product becomes defective, or if you have any questions regarding its use, maintenance or adjustment, immediately cease using the product and call Customer Service at (720) 515-1845.

LIFETIME WARRANTY* for Hybrid Holsters and Carriers
 

We take pride in the products we make and warrant to the person who originally purchased the product (“you”) that all Exarchy™ products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for their applicable Warranty Period, subject to the below conditions.

In order for your warranty claim to be approved, the following conditions must be met:
• LIFETIME Warranty applies only to Exarchy™ Holster Co. handcrafted hybrid holsters and carriers*;

• You must have purchased the product from Exarchy™ Holster Co. or an authorized dealer;

• You must provide proof as to the date of purchase from the Exarchy™ authorized dealer;

• You must return the product to Exarchy™ Holster Co.;

• You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the product’s care instructions; and

• Products must not be modified in any way.

If any of the following conditions are not met, your warranty is void and Exarchy™ will not repair, replace, or refund any items.

If a manufacturer's defect occurs as the result of the product’s intended use according to the care instructions during the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective product or part. The warranty does not cover defects caused by third-party modifications, repairs, or replacement parts. Punctures, scratches, normal wear and tear, and the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use are not warranted. Once the warranty claim has been made and satisfied by Exarchy Holster Co., all future warranties, expressed or implied, are null and void. Items repaired or replaced by Exarchy Holster Co. do not have a lifetime warranty. Mag Retention Devices (MRD), UltiClip products, Discreet Carry Concepts clips, and standard holster clips are considered consumable items are therefore are excluded from the Lifetime Warranty. Please contact the original manufacturer for MRD, UltiClip, and Discreet Carry Concepts products for warranty issues.

3 Year WARRANTY for Custom Products and All Leather Holsters
 

We warrant to the person who originally purchased the product (“you”) that custom Exarchy™ products and all leather handcrafted holsters and magazine carriers will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for their applicable Warranty Period, subject to the below conditions. Custom and all leather products are not returnable for a refund and do not qualify for the 14-Day Comfort Guarantee. A lot of time goes into custom projects and all leather holsters.

In order for your warranty claim to be approved, the following conditions must be met:
• 3 Year Warranty applies only to Exarchy™ Holster Co. Custom Products and All Leather Holsters and Mag Carriers;

• You must have purchased the product from Exarchy™ Holster Co. or an authorized dealer;

• You must provide proof as to the date of purchase from the Exarchy™ authorized dealer;

• You must return the product to Exarchy™;

• You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the product’s care instructions; and

• Products must not be modified in any way.

WARRANTY PERIOD
 

We will make every effort to replace limited edition, discontinued products, or custom products but cannot guarantee their availability for replacement. Any limited edition, discontinued product, custom product or all leather product still under its applicable warranty that cannot be repaired or replaced with an identical product will be replaced with the equivalent model based on availability.

We may make changes to products and designs in the time you purchased your product and submitted a warranty claim. Products repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate these changes.

Exarchy™ Holster Co. Hybrid Holster/Carrier Products*: LIFETIME Warranty. If you ever experience an issue with your handcrafted hybrid holster or carrier, please contact us so we can promptly take care of any issues.

Exarchy™ Holster Co. Custom Products and All Leather Holsters: 3 Year Warranty. If you experience an issue during the warranty period with your custom or all leather handcrafted holster or carrier, please contact us so we can promptly take care of any issues.

​

Exarchy™ Holster Co. Parts/Accessories: All sales final. This includes DIY Holster Kits. The only exception is if an item is defective, as determined by Exarchy Holster Co. All returns must be in original factory/unaltered condition. DIY Holster Kits and other items that have been modified, damaged, or used will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
 

HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM
 

Warranty claims may be submitted by completing our Return Merchandise Authorization form and by contacting the Exarchy™ support team at 720-515-1845, Monday-Friday between 9:00am-5:30pm Mountain Time, excluding holidays.

If your warranty claim is approved, you will be supplied with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). The customer is responsible for shipping charges to return the product to Exarchy™ Holster Co. We will cover the shipping charges to return it back to you. We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number and RMA form for your records. Products must be returned directly to Exarchy™ Holster Co. in adequate packaging. A copy of the original sales receipt and the RMA Form must be included with the product. Exarchy™ Holster Co. is not responsible for lost/damaged/mis-delivered/undelivered packages sent for return/repair. We recommend you insure for package in the result the package is damaged or not delivered. Packages/items returned items without proper return authorization will be declined and no credit/exchange will be given.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
 

There are no express warranties other than the warranty set forth herein. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Because we cannot control the use of products, all Exarchy™ products are sold "as is" and "with all faults". All warranties of merchantability or fitness for intended use either expressed or implied, and any liability for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of any Exarchy™ product are disclaimed and excluded from the retail sales transaction. At the time of the original retail sale and delivery, the purchaser and NOT the manufacturer, distributor, or retailer assumes the entire risk and responsibility for determining the suitability and fitness of the product for the particular use intended.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER TORT, OR ANY STRICT LIABILITY THEORY, WILL EXARCHY™ HOLSTER CO. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

This warranty is only available in the United States. No Exarchy™ Holster Co. reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.

*LIFETIME WARRANTY APPLIES ONLY TO EXARCHY™ HOLSTER CO. HANDCRAFTED HYBRID HOLSTER AND CARRIER PRODUCTS. (Excluding Custom Products and All Leather Holsters)
