In order to preserve the discount for those that truly serve(d), we ask that you submit proof of service. A valid ID that proves service, a copy of your DD214, or other documents are acceptable. Please remove personal identification numbers, like Social Security Numbers, or other personally identifiable information. We use these documents to verify eligibility and then delete the files. We do not share, store or keep any documents or photocopies, either physical or digital of any documents submitted. We take your privacy seriously. We also understand if you do not wish to share this information. In that case, join our mailing list (below) to be notified of our any sales throughout the year. Discount codes are valid for one (1) year from issue date. Discount codes will be re-issued if you complete the verification process again.

If we discover misuse of the code, we reserve the right to disable the code and revoke discount privileges on future purchases or cancel orders that have misused the code. If we discover that documents have been falsified, we will revoke any coupon code(s) issued. Most of all, we ask that you respect the service given by our Military, Law Enforcement, and First Responders and only apply for the discount if applicable to you. Discounts are not valid with any expedited order. If a discount was applied and you later request your order to be expedited, the discount amount will be added to the expedite fee. Discount must be applied at time of purchase and cannot be applied to previous orders.
